, we are looking for a

Validation Manager (m/f/d) These are the tasks we trust in you:

• Responsibility for the daily management of validation projects including assay monitoring and trouble shooting
• Participation in the execution of the validation testings as required
• Method transfer, method validation and training of colleagues in procedures
• Preparation and review of technical documents (e.g. SOPs, protocols, reports, CoAs, risk analyses)
• Maintenance and improvement of the GMP quality standard
• Preparation and review of quality related documents (change requests, deviation reports)
• Development of new processes
• Equipment qualifications

To grow in this position, it requires the following:

• Post-graduate (PhD) academic education in the bio / life sciences
• Good theoretical knowledge and understanding in biological methods, practical experience is of advantage
• Experience in writing scientific texts (in German and English), compiling risk analyses (FMEA), validation reports
• Experience in development, optimization and validation of biological and analytical methods compliant to international guidelines
• Preferably industry experience in daily business under GMP or GLP
• Self-organisation and teamwork
• Advanced English and German communication skills
