- We are looking for an experienced
2nd Level Support
to join a dynamic and busy international team. The role will provide the opportunity2nd Level Support
professional hard core to share ideas, information and innovation with a global team of technologists.Must be fluent in German and English
Responsibilities:
- Installing, updating and supporting hardware and software for computers and laptops
- Addressing basic LAN connection problems
- Updating faults / requests in fault software
- Communicating with other service personnel to resolve issues
- Working closely with offshore 3rd level
- Documenting Resolutions and internal processes
- Building a strong customer relationship through positive customer support
- Maintaining all confidential employee information
- Cooperating with offshore employees
- Supporting the end-user lifecycle for users
- Support in asset management
Qualifications:
- Completed university or FH studies
- Three years’ experience in technical support
- ITIL v3 certificate or basic knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, Windows (7 & 10) operating systems
- User and security group administration in Active Directory
- Expert knowledge of automatic software distribution for clients
- Desirable knowledge of IBM Lotus Notes version 8.5
- Good knowledge of Citrix XenApp V5.5 and Citrix ICA Client
- Excellent organizational skills, good time management with great attention to detail
- Analytical skills, initiative, quick comprehension and a structured way of working
- Willingness to Further development
- Negotiable German and English
