Job Description DuPont Electronics & Imaging is a global supplier of materials and technologies serving the semiconductor, advanced chip packaging, circuit board, electronic and industrial finishing, photovoltaic, display, and digital and flexographic printing industries. From advanced technology centers worldwide, teams of talented research scientists and application experts work closely with customers, providing solutions, products and technical service to enable next-generation technologies. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective regional marketing plans for EMEA Image Solutions Business. This role is accountable for the alignment of regional marketing plans to the global segment strategy and the execution of the plan in cooperation with business leadership, Sales, Product Management and Communications. The scope of marketing management responsibilities includes the execution of regional market segmentation, market research and VOC, product marketing, marketing programs & branding, pricing, and brand activation in accordance with global strategy. The Regional Marketing Manager will lead the development of both long- and short-term business and marketing plans for major products to meet share, volume and profit objectives. He/she will initiate, organize and coordinate the marketing strategy & execution for several product platforms to ensure the business' strong market position and differentiation to achieve maximum sales volumes and profits. He/she will also be responsible for identifying long-term opportunities within the market place and prepares plans to develop, test and launch new valuable products and business models. Additional responsibilities include:- Responsible for the development and execution of the EMEA Marketing Plan consistent with Global Business Plan in collaboration with regional teams * Assessment of competitive strengths, weaknesses and strategies to position our business to anticipate and respond faster than the competition in the introduction of solutions and platforms. He/she is a key member of New Product Commercialization teams * Responsible for marketing program development to drive profitable growth in targeted market segments * Develops pricing strategies across the regions as required to support global customers and pricing consistency * Organizes market information/knowledge in an insightful and impactful way that informs strategic choices and results in business growth * Brings marketing processes and tools to resources in support regional marketing efforts * Develops and implements marketing communications programs to achieve sales and marketing results in accordance with global direction
Qualifications
:required:
- master's degree and/or mba preferred * several years of sales and/or marketing experience * strong marketing skills and experience with a proven track record of developing market insights, creating value propositions, conducting segmentation, setting product and pricing strategies, conducting competitive assessments, and commercializing new products and business models * ability to formulate business strategies and to translate strategy into action * experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business results through influence across many levels of the organization * process management and ability to ensure roadmaps align with broader strategy and investment priorities * critical thinking, hands-on attitude, and forward-looking orientation to drive for results * exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and report presentation abilities * six sigma black belt and/or strong project management skills #li-ms3
