About SYKES:

We provide inbound call support for the Telecommunications, Financial Services and Technology industries. And because no two companies are alike, we work closely with our clients to deliver loyalty-building customer service and technical support. Service is our area of expertise.

In other (and much less) words, we offer customer support services for different clients :)

For one of our projects, we are looking for dedicated, multilingual people, who answer customer requests by email and telephone in our modern call-center in Berlin Kreuzberg. We only have in-bound calls from customers that have account queries or questions in regards to the project. We are looking to start the training on July 29th.

Requirements:

  • Must speak

English

fluently
  • Previous customer service experience is not needed but welcomed
  • Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands
  • Ability to work individually in order to achieve group goals
  • Basic computer skills
