Job Description Stellenbeschreibung On behalf of our client, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies, we are currently looking for a reliable P&O (People & Organization) Generalistin Wehr. Besides P&O-related tasks, you will be responsible for administrative and law-related topics as well - this way you will gain insights in various subject areas. We're looking forward to your application Das dürfen Sie erwarten * Performance-related pay in accordance with the BAP/DGB collective agreement and increasing income through sectoral bonuses in the chemical industry * As a rule, an employment contract of indefinite duration * Reimbursement of travel expenses * Integration of severely disabled candidates * Monthly changing discount campaigns, e. G. at large mail order companies, hotel chains, airlines, fashion houses and much more Ihre Aufgaben * Serves as contact for dedicated units and the workers council in all P&O aspects (e. G. Talent Management, disciplinary actions, change management and communication) * Manages transformation program for respective unit (Exit letters, coaching Line managers in German labor law and existing agreements with workers council) * Ensures administrative handling of all employee related tasks (e. G. payment preparation, works council hearings, salary increases) * Overseeing the Data workflow in SAP and ensuring a permanent update of those * Functioning as expert of the tariff and local law in all employment matters and ensuring that guidelines and rules are well set up and managed * Advising of the Line Management on key elements of local labor law and Internal Regulations (e. G. works council rights and Tariff contract) * Establishing and maintaining good working relationship with internal service functions, HR-operations, pension fund, company's doctor and social service * Ensuring process improvements based on projects and taking part in project teams if necessary * Working on process improvement between CoE and local HR Unsere Anforderungen * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or commercial education * Several years HR experience in a similar role (i. E. HR Generalist, HR BP or HR Assistant) * Knowledge in German labor law and tarif agreement environment is a must * Fluent in German:

oral and writing;
