Our European IT organisation provides internal IT services throughout Europe for approx. 1, 000 colleagues (f/m/d). We are looking for you as a hands-on personality in the position of Manager (Application Services) (gn) Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the operation and (further) development of our internal IT Application Services in the Frontoffice (FO) area - Management and implementation of projects to develop and implement new and updated IT (FO) ap-plication solutions and services to meet the business needs of our European branches - Assurance that our demands for both quantity and quality of services are met within the timeframes and budgets set - Leadership for a team of six to ten people (internal and external resources) Your profile:
• Proven perennial professional experience in the conception/development of IT application systems and the planning of IT application implementations - Management experience (3 - 5 years) in the development of front office applications, preferred in the insurance sector - Very good knowledge of IT project management and software development methods (waterfall, agili-ty, scrum) as well as programming (Java) and database management (Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Post-greSQL and DB2, etc. ) - Very good knowledge of German and English (min.
