Backend Developer (m/w/d) - Headquarter: Cologne, but you can also work completely remote

How you contribute:
You work on the core of our company: our product
You implement key product features together with our tech team and product management
Almost all technology decisions (languages, frameworks, architecture & infrastructure etc.) are still to be made. You help make those technical backend decisions together with the rest of the tech team

You promote a culture of agility and excellence, where best practices (writing automated tests) and industry standards are an everyday habit

What you offer:
You are passionate about building a product that can cope with the complexity of human behavior and customize a training experience according to it
You have extensive knowledge in backend technologies (firebase etc.), data frameworks and APIs
You have a hands on mentality and love to code
You are experienced in writing automated test and you have a good sense and knowledge of software quality (SOLID principle, ABC etc.)
