Customer Care (m/f/x) with German and English in Athens
From now in full time for a Streaming Service
Grafton rekrutiert im Auftrag seiner Kunden europaweit Fach- und Führungskräfte.
Your Task

• Customer Service in German via chat and phone
• Support the payment process
• Answering questions regarding streaming and content problems
• Help customers navigate through the streaming service

Your Profile

• Excellent knowledge of German and Englisch at least B2
• Friendly character and enjoy helping customers
• Possible customer service experience
• Willingness to work different shifts and on weekends (Mo-Sun 8-21)
