Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Deep understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, in particular, the Affiliate Safety Representative and Affiliate Medical Director roles.
Solid understanding of the breadth of PV Operational activities, systems and processes in the global PV system and the application of global PV regulations.

Experience in strengthening Global ways of working and connections between non-PV functions and understanding impact on PV operations.
Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving
Experience in the development of others
Ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders
Strong communication skills
