LIXIL requires capable and seasoned managers to lead, manage, and support key global projects in a more coordinated fashion, and, through those key projects, transform the way LIXIL operates from engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing to transporting and selling our products to customers. GPG PMO members are expected to be the true enablers of such transformation, doing whatever is necessary to bring the intended results from each project

As a Leader Program Management Office, Global Process Governance Function (d/f/m) in the Global Strategic Supply Chain team, you will become a part of a fast-growing global company with an open communication culture, agile development processes and many international colleagues. Join our team and support us with the following exciting and varied tasks:

Tasks and Responsibilities:

General
  • Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives
  • Identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances by reviewing project objectives and schedules
  • Develop or update project plans including information, e.g., objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, staffing
  • Confer with project personnel and/or key stakeholders to identify and resolve problems
  • Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or project personnel
  • Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials
  • Design and facilitate project meetings to obtain what is required
  • Submit project deliverables to internal clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards
Specific
  • Provide support in the specification, implementation, testing, go-live support of projects (esp. S/4 HANA)
  • Provide support in planning regional process harmonization according to Global Process Leaders’ guidance
  • Be a part of creating advanced business concept and bring them on paper (especially IBP)
  • Support strategy implementation with focus on process governance (e.g., global SAP template, organization)
  • Be a technical link between internal departments and external partners

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA or related disciplines
  • Experience in project management with a full ownership (from initiation, planning to delivering tangible results)
  • Proficiency in various project management frameworks, including Scrum
  • Able to solve problems that may not be familiar or completely new
  • Active and motivated to gain new knowledge and experience (not letting the past experience be a barrier)
  • Excel in team collaboration, especially in leading and influencing stakeholders
  • Strong interest and sensibility to work in a culturally diverse environment
  • Strong sense of ownership and clear understanding of what is “the right thing” to do
  • Working knowledge in SAP S/4HANA would be an advantage
  • 3+ years of experience at one of the major consultant companies would be a plus
  • Certifications in Scrum Master and/or Product Owner would be a plus
