Private Equity Senior Associate

Are you looking for an opportunity to either start or further your Private Equity career within an excellent mid-market fund in their office in Munich?

The fund aim to invest in great companies and management teams with the goal of creating industry leaders through a long-term value creation approach. The firm will invest right across Europe into growing businesses across sectors such as Software, Business Services, Industrial Technology, Healthcare and Manufacturing. Currently, investing from their 2nd fund they focus on deals with an enterprise value of up to €700m. 

The firm are currently looking to expand their investment team with plans to raise a third fund and increasing number of Partners in the fund allowing for greater volume of deals to execute. They are looking for an Associate to join the team in Munich to focus primarily on executing deals across the full investment cycle and working with the portfolio on topics of value creation, add-ons and exits. 

Key skills and experience:

• 1-4 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking or Management Consulting from a leading brand name 
• An interest in growing businesses and working in a long-term value creation strategy
• Excellent academics from a top school 
• Native German speaker
• Willingness to be based in Munich full-time
