DSJ Global has partnered with a global leader in the plastic industry, serving the pharmaceutical, medical device, food and beverage among other industries. The company has over 10,000 employees and is present in more than 30 countries.
They are looking for a Operational Excellence Manager to introduce Lean principle with the goal to create a new and strong Lean culture into a high performing plant, with 400 employees located in Rheinland-Pfalz.
As
Operational Excellence Manager, you will:
- Provide Operational Excellence strategies and initiatives across different departments
- Hands-on support to introduce and deploy a new Lean culture into the company
- Responsible for coaching and training to assure the tools are used in the right way
Operational Excellence Manager, you will bring:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven track of implementing or deploying Opex
- Black Belt certified
- Fluent German and English
