» Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the implementation of customer requirements
Support regional teams in the understanding and translation of customer requirements
Manage and coordinate the technical testing and bug fixing of electronic messaging for customers
Collaboration with IT stakeholders as well as all involved business units in the customer implementation projects
Act as a product manager for customer testing for electronic messaging
Continuously standardize and improving of customer handling approach
Reviewing business documentation, including changes to business process documentation and training materials.
Support enhancements in CargoWise One, ensure testing and audit compliance together with the business leaders and the project team
Lead implementations of customers in countries which are implementing to CargoWise One
Coordinate the solving of identified GAPs in customer related areas
» Key Skills and Requirements:
Fundamental understanding of the global freight forwarding industry
Ability to understand and interpret customer SOPs and Work Instructions
Understanding of system configuration, master data set-up, data migration, and testing in CargoWise One
Proven Project Management experience
Effective communication and Change Management skills
Motivating people at all levels of the organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English to present information to internal customers and management
Experienced in multicultural and geographically dispersed teams
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
Stakeholder management – able to build, maintain, and strengthen rapport and use it to manage change
Strong moderation and facilitation skills
