Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Finance & IT-Operations Executive directly working with all relevant key people of the organisation. The candidate will be the ‘housekeeper’ who keeps all finance and IT-related tasks and projects intact and smooth. The role will be located in Munich and report to the CEO.

GameInfluencer is a leading game influencer marketing and talent agency. We work with global gaming and non-gaming clients to create brand awareness, drive app installs, downloads or registrations. Every day, we work hard to make our clients and influencers happy with the best influencer marketing campaigns on YouTube, Twitch, Instagram and TikTok. We are data-driven and always aim at delivering the highest ROI to our clients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage Monthly Reporting (P&L, KPIs, Cash-Flows)
  • Calculate Business Cases (Long-term, Quarterly Plans)
  • Manage the external accountant and tax firm
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable management, incl. monthly payments, invoice processing and purchasing
  • Create and manage all company dashboards, OKR Tracking and control systems
  • Manage all company wide CRM and campaign tracking systems
  • Drive new cross-functional projects in the area of business Intelligence, DMP and predictive analytics

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business, IT or related field
  • Fluent German absolutely a must (coordination with local tax office and advisory firms must be conducted in German without communication issues)
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, controlling or IT-consulting
  • Strong interest in games
  • Fluent English (which is our office language)

Preferred Requirements 

  • Capability & flexibility to work remotely
  • Experience in corporate controlling and IT is strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills and handling a high range of tasks
  • Strong skills in Excel
