IT Desktop Support/Workplace Engineer | German-speaking | Hamburg, Germany | 12 months contract | €40 per hour (minimum 8 working hours a day)

The 
Workplace Executive Support
 will provide site support, incident management.
Please note, the candidate MUST Speak German fluently.

Duties and Accountabilities of the IT Desktop Support/Workplace Executive Support (German-speaking):

• Deployment of image´s
• Re-installation of devices
• Delivery of hardware printer support (network, MFP, label, cartridge)
• Network cable patching (LAN) exchange of end-user devices
• Incident handling (local)
• On off-boarding
• Meeting room support (patching, VC)
• Beamer support, scanner, label printing support
• Stock management (local) incl. Asset tag printing
• Support of Guest WiFi, mobile phone - O365 connection
• Helping hand support CCTV, support of local PBX/VoIP system
• Antivirus Management

Languages required:

 Fluent German

Duration of the project:

 12 month
