What you can expect from this job:
- You are a part of our top management team
- set-up, improve and approve our
reporting and controlling framework
internally, to our investors and executive management- You are in charge of internal cost controlling, cash management and the monitoring as well as the optimisation of KPIs
- You lift our financial forecasting, budgeting processes and
financial planning
to the next level- You manage our
financial compliance
:
- ensure compliance with the law and all company’s policies
- steer, prepare and support year end closings and financial audits (HGB & IFRS) for a global corporation active in several countries such as Spain, Australia, the Netherlands, Germany, North Macedonia and Greece
- you ensure compliance with our governance requirements – preparing and executing on shareholder and board matters
- you set-up and and continuously develop our international corporate set-up including transfer pricing schemes
- You review, improve and shape all
formal finance, HR and IT
related procedures- You drive our continuous
communication
with investors, investment banks and lawyers- You establish a
financial risk management system
- You keep, establish and develop
relations
with senior management, external partners and stakeholders- You are a leader and builder – you manage, shape and coach our small
finance team
, staff and hire in sync with our future growth. You are the driving force for the growth of the finance team- You financially control, advise and shape the
strategic direction
of the company, including our investment and M&A strategies- You prepare us for our
IPO
in 2020: You prepare all paperwork, stay in contact with the investment banks, lawyers and accountants. You execute and drive the IPO process and maintain as well as manage ourinvestor relations
before and during free floatYour requirements:
- You have an excellent degree (BSc/BA, MSc is a plus) in finance, economics and/or business administration, CPA/WP or similar is a great plus
- 5+ years work experience in finance, experience as CFO, as an auditor, in corporate finance, M&A or similar is required
- 7+ years work experience is a great plus
- big four background, leadership experience as well as pharmaceutical industry experience is a big plus
- You have entrepreneurial drive, hands-on mentality and great willingness to learn quickly.
- You are fluent in both English and German, additional languages are a plus (in particular Dutch).
- You are used to drive businesses fast and work in a challenging, stressful environment stand-alone and with own initiative.
- You had responsibilities for an international company set-up and experience with setting up international transfer pricing frameworks, monitoring and structuring group shareholdings and agreements
- HGB / IFRS experience
- Attention to detail and eye for accuracy

- Experience in working with international teams is a plus
