Graduate Quantity Surveyor - Berlin (DNP8943) Berlin, Germany

EUR36000 - EUR42000 per annum + Negotiable salary plus benefits
THE ROLE
I am seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor in the Building Construction industry who has English and some level of German - ideally 'A' Level or better to join a firm of construction consultants in Berlin.

You will need to have a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying and possibly have some post graduate or year out experience and be keen to become chartered with the RICS.

You will work on both pre contract and post contract work.
You will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects including new build, refurbishment and fit out projects for commercial, residential and other buildings.

You will work closely with clients, contractors etc. on high value projects from inception and feasibility stage to project delivery and you will be supervised by a Senior QS.

THE COMPANY
My client is a successful firm of construction consultants providing both cost management and project management services.
They work on projects for German and international clients for projects in Berlin and elsewhere in Germany.
They provide both cost management and project management services.
They currently have one office in Berlin and may open another office shortly.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Graduate or Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
You will need to have a Degree or MSc in Quantity Surveying.
You may have a years experience or more perhaps during a year out.
Fluent English is essential and German at least at 'A' Level standard or above.
You should be keen to work towards becoming RICS qualified.
Excellent prospects for ambitious candidates to work closely with clients and the professional teams.
Salary is likely to be in the region of Euro 36000 to Euro 42000 negotiable.
