Interior Director - Germany
Interior Director needed for a world leading OEM based in mainland Germany.
As a Interior Director you will be leading from the front at one of the most notorious brands in the world in a fantastic location.

Responsibility for Interior Director:

• Set up and define interior organisation for the institute and balance resources across projects.
• Define long term resources and competency plans together with HR
• Understand and push latest technologies and benchmark results
• Define and manage consistent interior development for institute vehicle program to deliver technical solutions in time
• Close align with Design, Architecture and program team
• Track and report development status/progress regularly

Qualifications for Interior Director:

• Strong communication and coordinating skills in complicated and fast changing organisations
• Must be humble and ambitions
• Mechanics and automotive engineering Bachelor or above
• 10+ years interior development related experience and being familiar with Luxury Car/SUV's Interior Development
• Related experiences of multi-product development in automotive industry
• Excellent broad cross functional work capability/experience
