About the role:

• Manage specific executional activities of day-to-day retail operations in Germany
• Working closely in conjunction with third party service providers, to ensure that the team is set up to deliver against the launch plan
• Leverage the project management capabilities to build a streamlined structure for increased local launches and market-maintenance
• Partner with the Retail Operations team in DE and the in-country leadership team, help build an outstanding portfolio of tools that consistently meet standards for merchandising, compliance and other key performance metrics
• Insights are collected and shared in actionable formats to drive the business forward

Requirements:

• BA/BSc degree or equivalent practical experience in a business-related field
• Project management- or Vendor management experience
• Background in Retail (FCMG, Small Format and other New Formats)
• Solid set of Project Management skills
• Background in operations, with a focus on retail and/or logistics
• Fluency in English and German
