ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and coordinate build plan for Slider Fab, SDET testing, HGA and other test submissions requests that supports all Back End Development validation and qualification experiments to planning team for proper scheduling.
• Monitor and report in a weekly basis of those Process Validation build actual execution vs. plan to ensure capacity allocation is being maximize.
• Request materials needed for each experiment to GO/DOE/NPI teams, which can be in wafer form, quad form or row bar form.
• Monitor and report in a weekly basis the material supply and identify any shortages.
• Able to identify and resolve problems relating to build plan and material inventory.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Graduate of any engineering course ( ECE, Computer Eng’g., IE )
• Minimum 7 years of recent experience working in Slider Fab, Slider DET, HGA or an area of their specialty/ related field.
• Excellent knowledge of production planning
• With high learning aptitude
• With good behavior and positive attitude
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and diligent

SKILLS:

• Intermediate knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge in G5, QMF & JMP applications
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Team player and capable to work cross functional globally
• Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful and probing questions to determine the issues
