Your responsibilities

• Practical assignments in the company (approx. 12 weeks), which alternate with theoretical semester sessions at the FH Nordakademie in Elmshorn (10 weeks)
• Assignments in various areas of the company, e.g. Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Controlling, Logistics or Product Management
• Lectures in the fields of General Business Administration, Taxation, Financial Accounting, Marketing, Languages and Economics at the Nordakademie, which will all be taught in English
• Continuous exchange with international colleagues

Your qualification

• High school diploma/ Abitur with good grades in German and Mathematics. Good written and spoken English. For university attendance, you must submit a language certificate
• Highly interested in economic issues
• Organizational skills
• Committed and able to work in a team
• Highly interested in your own development
• Good communication skills
• Wilingness to take on responsibility
• Interested in working in an international environment
