It is the perfect time to join in.There are multiple positions open, from Directors to Buyers across multiple categories and based in Germany and France. You will have the chance to travel,build or be part of a new procurement team and create a new strategy. Be part of a big procurement transformation by adding value and growing within the team.
The Role in particular:
- Responsible for the strategic sourcing of various products and services across multiple business teams
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to continually improve supplier performance through effective contracts and supplier performance management methodologies
- Set goals and drive KPI’s in accordance with the global Procurement vision
- Define the procurement strategy on regional and global scopes
- Implement existing solutions while driving constant improvement
- Responsible on revenue and profit from all categories Leadership and management of teams and projects
The Company is looking for someone with:
- Experience performing large Sourcing/Procurement system implementations
- Excellent analytic, planning, negotiation, and written & oral communication skills
- Proven ability to influence others and drive meaningful change results
- Key external and internal stakeholder management skills
- Result-Oriented – showing energy and drive to exceed targets
- Has the ability to be a team player as well as working autonomously
- Experience in developing strategies on a Regional or Global scale
- +3 years of procurement experience
