Aufgaben:

Der Erfolg eines jeden Projektes hängt maßgeblich von einer kosteneffizienten Vorbereitung und Abwicklung ab. Als
erfahrene Baukalkulation
sind Sie verantwortlich für die geordnete Vorbereitung diverser Bauprojekte. Sie erarbeiten eigenständig die Angebots-, Auftrags-, und Arbeitskalkulationen und begleiten den Einkauf und die Vertragsabwicklung mit Subunternehmen. Sie tauschen sich mit internen und externen Fachleuten aus und unterstützen als finanzieller ‚Co-Pilot‘ die Projektleitung bei der Kostensteuerung der Projekte aber auch bei der Abrechnung und Evaluierung und halten somit die Kalkulationsdaten stets auf dem neusten Stand.

Anforderungen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder im Baumanagement oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Bau oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als geprüfter Polier, (Maurer-)Meister oder Bautechniker im Hochbau oder vergleichbar;
• 15-20 Jahre Erfahrung als Baukalkulation;
• Erfahrung und Affinität mit Bautechnik und Baukosten sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis;
• Lösungsorientiert und akkurat mit ausgeprägtem kaufmännischem Verständnis;
• Gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Verhandlungsgeschick;
• Selbständige und systematische Arbeitsweise, sowie Organisationstalent;
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift;
• Einigermaßen gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
