Agile Product Owner (m/f/d) You love stunning shows, movies, series or any other type of entertainment and you are passionate about digital products? - Join ProSiebenSat. 1 Digital GmbH and be a part of Bastian's agile product team Media & Distribution. We love to explore and to invent. Our mission is to build best-in-class tech products to support all of our digital entertainment products & platforms (i. E. Galileo, Germany's Next Topmodel, etc. ). As a Product Owner you are fully responsible for one of our products and are one of the most important interfaces between our partners, customers and development teams. What you can expect from the role
"Product Owner"? * You are the "
owner" of one of our digital products and drive the development of your product according to the product vision * You combine strategic thinking with operative excellence in order to develop best in class, customer centric digital products for the entertainment business * As you love innovation you understand, evaluate and prioritize customers' requirements as well as new market trends * You define the value of product features together with the development team and stakeholders based on data driven approaches * You own and manage the product backlog, create user stories and you are keen to bring the agile manifesto to life * Simultaneously, you are keen to meet milestones, develop roadmaps and present your team's output in reviews * As you are a product evangelist, you awaken the desire for your digital product in stakeholders and internal partners * You are up to date with agile frameworks, like Kanban/Scrum best practices and new trends What we expect from you? * You have a university degree in economics, media, computer science or equivalent * Ideally you already worked as a product manager, product owner, requirements engineer and/or project manager and therefore provide a strong agile mindset * You have experience with data driven product development and always have the customer in mind * You crave responsibility, but are willing to step back and support your teams to achieve success * You clearly represent the product's interests whilst you also dare to say
