The QM Advisor is a pQM Specialist responsible for our department Architecture, Platform, Projects & Integration ICB.
The QM Advisors are the QM Consultants’ direct points of contact for implementing requirements in the organization and reporting feedback from day-to-day operations.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support process content for ISO 9001 Certification and the CARIAD Corporate Process Model with focus on Systems Engineering related processes (ISO15288, ASPICE)
- Responsible for designing and shaping systems engineering related processes together with the Process Owners and stakeholders
- Work together with company process owners within the development process
- Support the transfer new technical trends of Systems Engineering into CARIAD, identify new opportunities and communicate into the knowledge group within CARIAD
WHO YOU ARE
- You graduated your studies successfully in systems engineering, computer sciences or similar software qualification with job experience.
- Several years of experience in systems engineering, quality, or process management
- Agile mindset and process oriented (You strive for solutions, work independently, and structured with a hands-on mentality)
- Good knowledge in process modeling including operating the corresponding tools and expertise in ISO9001, ISO 15288 and Automotive SPICE
