My client is urgently searching for a mechanical design engineer to improve the development of their clinical automation systems in Munich.
The client urgently needs candidates with experience in medical devices that can work remotely 75% of the time.

Day to day responsibilities include:
Leading the collaboration with functional groups such as Manufacturing, quality, marketing and Service.
Develop technical specifications and definition of system interfaces.
Perform, design and analysis and lead design activities of high complexity product elements.
Generate design concepts, develop detailed designs.
Define approaches to implementation and operation.
Ensure design meets specifications and fulfills its purpose.
Participate and initiate design review with a multi functional team.
Work with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and to address technical issues.
 
Qualifications
Mechanical Design – Expertise regarding mechanical processes and capabilities that impact design.
Solidworks or Creo software design knowledge.
Design Control – Knowledge in the application of design controls and development processes.
Strong written and verbal English Communication skills; bilingual German speaker is a plus!
Medical device industry standard knowledge.
