One of our partners, a leading business within the global payments eco-system is looking for a Strategic Partner Development Manager to join their team in the DACH region.

This is a unique role in that the Strategic Partner Development Manager is a generalist, specialist and manager all in one and we are looking for a high achiever to work with charismatic team players who have an entrepreneurial mentality who shape this growing business with determination!

 

Responsibilities

Win new sales and solution partners and develop them over the long term 
Maintain your existing partner network and build it purposefully by gaining new partnerships within the assigned region
Determine the strategic alignment in partner management and implement the strategy successfully
Live your active partnerships and ensure the satisfaction of our partners through constant engagement and collaboration with the company's internal teams 

You can conduct well-founded market analyses and derive concrete initiatives from market trends
Coordinate complex projects with partners and work as an interface across internal project and tech teams.
 

Requirements

University degree or equivalent qualification 
Minimum 3-5 years sales experience within the payment industry
Business fluent German and English spoken and written
A high degree of self-responsibility and self-discipline
A challenger and entrepreneurial mindset
A willingness to travel and driving license class B
