A mid-sized and incredibly innovative Medical Devices company is seeking a highly passionate and motivated Sales person to be based within their region of Bavaria, Germany. This Account Manager will have the responsibility of selling key products for one of the company’s most fast paced and exciting business units.

Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining relationships to customers
Developing plans to achieve and grow sales
Using Salesforce to report all sales
Hit and exceed targets
Explaining the products and training healthcare officials on their use
Requirements:
Demonstrated ability as a high Sales performer
Consistent experience exceeding Sales targets
Excellent communication skills
Results motivated attitude towards hitting targets
Passion for innovative Medical Technology
Must be able to be present during bloody and potentially distressing procedures in the operating room/intensive care unit
Living in Bavaria or willing to live there
Flexibility to travel
Fluent in German and English
