Barrington James are partnered with a global consultancy firm who are searching for a Junior Engagement Manager to focus on driving the commercial areas of their business. The role sits within their dedicated Life Sciences team, responsible for client engagement and project management to help the organisations develop new solutions and advisory services creating new business for their clients.

The consultancy has over 200 dedicated Life Sciences professionals who have conducted projects all over the world. In the past 3 years, they have conducted Life Sciences project work in over 50 countries and are recognised for their expertise in commercial strategy, marketing, pricing and market access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Consultants and other managers, providing direct management, feedback and supporting growth and learning within daily engagements and supporting career growth across and outside of projects.
• Must have strong stakeholder management experience as the role revolves largely around client interaction.
• Ability to work on multiple projects work and liaise with a number of different industry clients at the same time.
• Design and structure deliverables, workshops and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.

Key Skills:

• Life science management experience of 5+ years
• Experience in a large management consultancy firm preferred.
• Passionate about Life science and understanding of the innovation that it can deliver and the commercial benefits that can come from it.
• Product and portfolio management experience
• Strong stakeholder and KOL relationship experience

Ideally would have worked exclusively within the life sciences sector.
