Channel Marketing Specialist Distance Retail & Mail Order DACH (f/m/d)

Our marketing team consists of unique personalities that passionately work on increasing our brand awareness, the love for Triumph and sloggi as distinctive brands and execute the best possible marketing implementations in cooperation with our partners. Enjoy our office in the heart of Munich and the opportunity to work remotely for up to three days.In this role you will own the delivery of an effective Trade Marketing Plan for our Triumph and sloggi brands within our distance retail and mail-order environment. Shaping great partnerships with our wholesale clients is key to this role, in addition to implementing creative Triumph and sloggi brand experiences that successfully engages our consumers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for
managing the DACH e-tailer and mail order presence
from a brand marketing point of view for sloggi and Triumph in close alignment with Channel Marketing Manager B2B; Head of Marketing DACH and the European e-tailer team- You support the sales team in providing exciting and engaging (seasonal) product and brand content, in line with each brand vision & DNA, especially suited to remote shopping channels
- But you are not alone! You work closely with local and HQ Marketing teams to ensure fit for use, on-brand e-tail content (imagery, video, brand and product copy) are available on time and in full – teamwork makes the dream work!
- In partnership with the local e-tailer sales team, you define e-commerce aspiration and market strategies in line with the Brand DR strategies for Triumph and sloggi
- You are passionately driving partnerships and negotiations with e-tail customers to drive online visibility leveraging on their banners, thematic campaigns and SEO and SEM.
- You manage and deliver the relevant B2B communication tools (B2B digital newsletter, communication tools such as imagery and digital banners on B2B portal, catalogue & flyer printing)
- You are the creative mind behind building and executing relevant & localized B2C bespoke marketing plans for gold & platinum level key/strategic DR and e-tail accounts
- Building a simple, streamlined B2C marketing approach in bronze & silver level accounts such as digital toolkits and campaign material for self-assembly/use
Your ideal profile:
- 4 years wholesale or trade marketing experience gained in similar industry
- Excellent grasp of e-commerce environment, mechanisms and processes
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent English and German – must have
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at one time, prioritising workload seamlessly
- Proactive, practical and hands-on approach
