Job Description YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Independent assurance of a continuous supply for allocated countries and products in cooperation with production planning, change management, country representatives and external partners as well as independent processing and solution of operational supply events (e. G. stock-out situations or overstocking) * Development/implementation of supply concepts in times of supply bottlenecks * Responsibility for monitoring the VMI inventory level for defined areas amd ensuring compliance with inventory targets * Independent assurance of compliance within GMP guidelines when implementing product changes in accordance with market requirements as well as local official requirements * Independent assurance of the execution duration of product changes by deadline monitoring and development of solutions in case of deviations * Analysis of care situations using existing reporting and analyzing tools as well as development of projections and appropriate solutions to ensure the supply of goods * Development and implementation of compliance-relevant supply processes to achieve defined KPIs such as service level, air freight quota and depreciation * Active support of global improvement initiatives as a GSP representative (m/f/d), participation in local and global supply chain projects such as launch teams, transfer teams or as a technical expert (m/f/d) and act as expert/key user (m/f/d) for selected systems WHO YOU ARE * Master's degree in business administration, logistics, engineering or equivalent, preferably with focus on supply chain management * Operational or project experience in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the fields of Label Change, Launch and Deletion Management * Very good knowledge of supply planning and execution, including control of supply chain processes * Sound IT knowledge, in particular SAP (APO, ERP desirable), Microsoft Excel and data analysis * Basic process knowledge in the fields of production, order and sales planning as well as knowledge of the legal and regulatory GxP environment in the fields of marketing and production is desirable * Strong analytical and communicative skills to simplify complex problems and communicate with the organization * High degree of flexibility in adapting to a rapidly changing international environment * Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken This is a fixed-term position for 2 years.
