BACKGROUND
: The Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) Operations Group (OPSGRP) has a critical requirement for mission-support services to enhance and facilitate rotational unit training. The Commanding General (CG), 7th Army Training Command (7ATC) is the USAREUR executive agent for training support. The JMRC is the USAREUR executive agent for strengthening alliances, building partner capacity, and executing Unified Land Operations Rotation Training exercises. During brigade-level Decisive Action Training Event (DATE) Rotations, JMRC Operations Group requires contracted mission support to perform critical tasks. Successful support is imperative to ensure each Rotational Training Unit (RTU) gains maximum training value during each exercise which will allow each unit to ultimately succeed in battle.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in a technical/business field.
Possess 5+ years of experience supervising, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, training, and assisting with communications equipment within a maneuver battalion or SOF Tactical Operations Center (TOC).

Includes information systems support and Battle Command Systems (BCS) (e.g. Command Post of the Future (CPOF), Maneuver Control System (MCS), Force XXI Battle Command Brigade and Below (FBCB2), Blue Force Tracker (BFT), etc.).

Recent operational deployment within 5 years.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Full Spectrum / Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE) operations and/or Combat Training Center (CTC).
Possess excellent client service, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and planning skills.

Additional preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience with network storage and systems, database administration, and application monitoring required to provision, sustain, operate, and integrate cyber networked systems.

Experience with SQL Server 2012 and IIS and Certificate Management.
Knowledge of DCGS, OA DCGS, and FPED Apps and Infrastructure.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Certification.
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) Certification.
