2nd Level Support Engineer (PR/051850) Hamburg, Germany

A German speaking 2nd Level Support is currently required for a permanent position in Munich, Leipzig, Frankfurt and Hamburg. The client is a multinational consultancy with great culture and benefits.

As a 2nd Level support specialists, you will be responsible for installations, updates and support of hardware and software for computers and laptops. You will also be responsible for supporting in asset management, cooperating with offshore employees as well as close cooperation with offshore 3rd level specialists.

A successful 2nd Level Support should have the following skills and expertise:
⦁ A minimum of three years in solid technical support experience
⦁ ITIL certification
⦁ Working knowledge of MS Office Suite & Windows operating systems
⦁ Good understanding of Citrix XenApp & Citrix ICA
⦁ Flexible to travel over the whole of Germany
⦁ Fluent in German & English
