A rapidly growing boutique consultancy are looking for highly motivated Senior Consultants to join their finance team in Frankfurt. You will collaborate with large banking clients on dynamic projects and find innovative solutions using modern approaches, focusing on topics such as non-financial risk management, operational risk, and compliance. This is an incredible opportunity to further your experience with a niche, expanding consultancy firm.

As Senior Consultant you will:
  • Drive the analysis and transformation of financial business models and implementation of digitization strategies
  • Analyse and design business processes, strategy and governance structure.
  • Independently or cooperatively manage Non-Financial Risk or Compliance Risk projects and sub-projects within the team
  • Engage in initiatives for market development and project acquisition

As Senior Consultant you will bring:
  • Degree or equivalent in a finance, econometrics, mathematics, or physics related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of risk, compliance and internal control systems
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in the financial services industry
  • German speaking
