• As a Scrum Master in the R&D department, you are responsible for managing the software teams and projects for our medical and research instruments, which contribute to the curing of serious diseases. Be part of a greater purpose to support our vision in

• You manage from 1 to 3 development teams, organize and coordinate Scrum events, facilitate efficient development process and collaboration across the teams and departments. * Your operational responsibility starts by creating a supportive and dynamic culture, protecting the developers from outside interruptions and distractions while ensuring an efficient and transparent development process. * As part of the software project management team, you efficiently collaborate with the other Scrum Masters and Product Owners to enable reusability of software components. In close cooperation with instrument project managers, you ensure clear communications within the project team. * You are improving existing Scrum-based development processes that shape the IT landscape for our embedded systems

Your Profile

:

• strong knowledge and clear understanding of sdlc, agile concepts and scrum practice. * at least 6 years of hands-on software engineering experience including architecture design, requirements engineering, change and configuration management. * at least 3 years of management/leadership experience as scrum master, project lead, software project manager, team lead or software architect. * experience in reporting tools such as jira or confluence, as well as practice with product management software like siemens polarion alm/plm or similar product. * confident knowledge of version control systems and ci/cd practices. * excellent organizational skills, working independently and have strong communication skills in english and german round-up your profile. what we offer:
