Our responsibility is to enable business processes by providing innovative and competitive Master Data solutions within a framework of harmonized data and systems for our domains Supplier, Material and Finance. We are looking for an experienced colleague to join our team as Global Business Process Manager/Architect MDO (all genders) with a focus on supporting projects and governance related tasks:Responsibility for data quality portfolios for our master data domains to allow for continuous data improvements & monitoring incl. coordination and alignment with domain managers and data owners in the business
Manage the further development of the MDO governance framework and actively manage cross-functional alignment and stakeholder (MBS, IT, Business Functions)
Support and coordinate the MDO project & budget portfolio
Support of test procedures with respect to formal requirements of our IT including formal documentation
Coordinating or providing of trainings for our Finance, Supplier and Material domain in alignment with domain managers
SOP creation and documentation for M2A process
Design, implement and maintain MDG data template and related systems & processes
Development of meta data management to establish a solid basis for documentation and data handling including coordination with relevant stakeholders in our data domains and business
Managing of project to achieve master data readiness as integral part of ERP projects (ERP/MDG Projects)
Who you are:
Graduate degree in Information Management or equivalentBroad knowledge of business processes and their design principles as well as deep knowledge of master data processes and ERP systems, architecture and end-to-end process landscape
Good technical skills in data management (data modelling, data querying, databases, etc.) with the ability to explain difficult or sensitive information
Good Interpersonal and cultural awareness skills to effectively collaborate with business users, primarily regarding technical issues and challenges within his technical areas or discipline
Strong experience in the SAP master data system environment and capability to support the strategy development in course of our business and ERP requirements (support system landscape maintenance)
Excellent command of written and spoken English; further languages are desirable.
Willingness to travel regularly
