Job Description Senior Consultant (m/w/d) - South East Asia SEEBURGER Asia Pacific has an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Consultant in South East Asia. We are searching for a professional, innovative and creative Senior Consultant, to support the Asian Service Delivery team. We are seeking an energetic and result-driven professional with broad IT integration know how (B2B/ Application to Application) to strengthen our overall team, committed to see through project delivery with customer satisfaction as the key success factor. Your responsibilities / tasks * Provides the application of technical/functional skills to customers and implements successful solutions that run, manage and optimize their key business processes while decreasing costs and inefficiencies. Also has the ability to respond to detailed queries by the customer and /or partner * Good understanding of e-commerce and web integration principles, MFT, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI), middleware, or other integration experience at the enterprise level. Experience in developing web services and an understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and API implementation. * Good knowledge of design patterns, and recommends proper usage of patterns. Guides (and helps others) in creating and reusing components. * Good knowledge of industry messaging standard such as EDIFACT, XML, JSON, WSDL and others. * Expected to continue to build upon domain knowledge and technical/ proprietary skills to reach levels of expertise, while adapting standard principles to new or changed conditions in day to day work. * Responsible for coaching, guiding and mentoring members in the team to help them scale faster. * Part of client teams as a senior resource and help meet client project objectives or be required to travel extensively of up to 50% of the time. * Has the ability to work with customers and partners across industry verticals. * Has prior experience in working in ASEAN countries and familiar with business and cultural scripts. Is able to engage with customers & partners in a consultative manner in addition to being recognized by them as trusted advisor. Your profile * Must have good written and verbal communication skills with customers /partners, supervisor and peers in addition to presentation, organizational and planning skills. * Prepare and develop appropriate systems documentation as required by client/project needs. * Independently write, debug and test code from specifications using SEEBURGER tools and other tools as appropriate. * Sets standards for quality at code, design and architecture levels. Works as a fully contributing team members, under broad guidance with independent planning & execution responsibility.
