Your responsibilities
- In the role of Group Leader (m/f/d) Business Process Management, you are responsible for driving the standardization of processes, systems and tools across the Medical Repair Service (MRS) EMEA repair workshops (repair of endoscopes)
- You are also responsible for determining process improvement needs
- Furthermore you propose prioritized actions and coordinate all process design activities within MRS EMEA
- You organize the change control across all involved MRS functions and repair centers and within our process ownership set-up
- You directly manage a team of three employees and take over functional responsibility for matrix-reports
Your qualification
- Studies in the area of engineering or a MBA degree form the basis of your professional success
- You have 8+ years of professional experience in related leadership positions and/or process management, preferably in a complex industrially / repair environment
- You have proven experience - ideally in the medical device industry - in continuous process improvements and with Lean as a systematic approach
- You have excellent communication skills in English – both written and spoken and have at least basic knowledge in German
- You have a strong process and IT affinity
- Your strengths include excellent analytical skills and a strong commercial mindset
- You have a confident manner, intercultural awareness and are a skilled negotiator across all levels of the organization
