your mother tongue and are you customer-friendly, solution-oriented, service-oriented and do you want to work for an international company? Then read on! We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven All-round Customer Service Advisor for 32-39 hours a week in Barcelona.

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

• Providing solutions for technical and administrational questions by phone, e-mail and chat (B2B)
• Assisting customers with installations and new settings of their terminals
• Troubleshooting reported issues
• Maintaining a good customer relationship

What you need:

• Native level

Danish

(written and spoken)

• Excellent level of English (written and spoken)

Tech-savvy: ability to work with different IT systems and programs

• Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
• Customer Service / Tech support experience is a plus, but not a must
