Subject: Microbiota dependent toxicity

Your tasks:

• Establishing bioreactor cultivation of complex consortia from human and zebra fish (30%) - also implementing different culture conditions (normal fat, high fat, colon, ileum)
• Conducting experiments using selected environmental chemicals (20%)
• Analysing the degradation of compounds (20%)
• Analysing the biological effects on the community by metatranscriptomics, metaproteomics and metabolomics (30%)

Your profile:

• profound experience in microbiology
• strong interest in mass spectrometry based omics approaches
• basic interest in bioinformatics data evaluation
