Pricing Manager (m/f/d)
What you may expect
- Identify, define, conceptualize and implement (international) pricing projects, e.g. the country introduction of the group pricing model
- Support the refinement and implementation of the international pricing strategy for an omnichannel B2B direct sales company esp. in Mobility/Automotive and Construction
- Coach the national organizations in the identification and exploitation of pricing potentials with targeted analyses, creative approaches and systematic implementation
- Proactively improve structures, processes and tools in the pricing space with good understanding of IT systems
- Own and assure the execution of groupwide (strategic) processes (esp. annual price adjustment, competitor monitoring, new product pricing, T&C and bonus adjustments
- Train, coach and support regional and national pricing organizations as well as holding departments esp. in Marketing and Sales
What distinguishes you
- Master’s degree in business-related/quantitative studies or equivalent qualification
- Several years of work experience in the pricing area in a related industry, ideally in a B2B environment
- Strong project and change management skills
- Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP and SAP BW appreciated
- Fluency in English
- Strong result orientation, proactivity and hands-on mentality
- High persuasive power and assertiveness as well as the ability to overcome frustration
- Strong ability to steer cross-functional international teams
- High internal customer orientation and confidence to structure as well as communicate messages and achieve decisions in a stakeholder-centric manner
- Accountability and integrity as well as accuracy and timeliness
