Your responsibilities

  • As an intern (m/f/d) you will support the Controlling team for the Medical Division (MSD) in the European headquarters in Hamburg
  • You support the month-end closing procedures
  • You prepare the management reporting and help with business analysis
  • You assist the team with the divisional planning and forecasting process within the MSD
  • Furthermore, you provide business support to all MSD Business Units
  • You take part in ongoing projects (e.g. business steering and SAP projects)

Your qualification

  • You are a student (m/f/d) in the field of Business Economics, preferably with focus on Controlling, Finance or similar
  • You are generally interested in BI and ERP solutions (especially SAP FI/CO) and you ideally have some initial professional experience in Finance or Controlling
  • In-depth user knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) is part of your profile
  • You have excellent communication skills and a very good command of English and German, both written and spoken
  • Your strengths include profound analytical skills, strong systematic thinking as well as a high willingness to perform
  • Moreover, you show a positive work attitude within a team environment
