Internship in Supply Chain - Cross Border Trade

Supply Chain at its best: Cross Border Trade.
Trade Compliance in Cross Border trade requires detailed analysis of data and a depth of End to End Supply Chain Knowledge. We have an exciting opportunity to dive into this topic and to gain a mutual benefit by supporting the Mars European Supply Chain IE Team in the definition of a supply chain. The Mars Brexit Program is build on various work-streams to ensure a smooth end to end flow of our products cross the future customs border between the EU27 and the United Kingdom by the end of 2020.

Your Tasks:

• Support the process design of a cross border supply chain, focusing on trade compliance.
• Drive detailed data analysis and monitor the data upload into the ERP systems.
• Document project status and raise any escalations to the management team, which gives the opportunity to train good presentation skills in an international environment.

Your Profile:

Advanced studies in a relevant field
Good Supply Chain understanding
Customs/Trade Compliance knowledge is a plus!

• Ability to work independently
• Structured approach to navigate complex challenges
• Very good communication skills in English
• Advanced Skills in MS Excel
• EU visa and work permit
