Performance Marketing Specialist (f/m/d)

As a Performance Marketing Specialist in Cologne, you will assist the Digital Marketing Services team and will support the day-to-day operation of the cleverbridge Performance Marketing Program including the following tasks:

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the point-of-contact for assigned client accounts by building upon relationships, setting expectations and continually defining strategies for growth of their performance-marketing program
• Liaise with other team members and internal stakeholders to meet objectives and strategy of our performance marketing campaigns
• Work together with our Account Management and Sales team on prospects, and up/cross-selling existing clients our services
• Identify and recruit new publishers to join our client’s performance marketing programs through in-person meetings, email/phone outreach, and/or by attending conferences
• Build relationships with current publishers to grow revenue
• Monitor publisher activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and proactively recommend strategies to increase publisher’s website traffic and conversions
• Initiate new ad campaign ideas, incentives, contests and bonus offers for publisher
• Coordinate and plan networking events both locally and nationally to foster relationships with publishers and clients
• Monthly reporting analyzing your publisher growth, and identify trends using Excel, both internally and for assigned clients
• Travel up to 5-10%

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor degree preferably in Digital Marketing, Business Studies, or Advertising, alternatively 3+ years working experience in relevant industry (e.g. ecommerce, internet-based companies, digital agency) or function (e.g. marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO)
• Knowledge of e-commerce and Internet-based business models
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders within the organization and client facing
• Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and projects within time constraints and tight deadlines
• Bringing a network of publishers / performance based partners is a plus
• The ideal candidate would be an extroverted self-starter with excellent networking skills
• Fluent Knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written, additional language (especially Chinese) is a plus
