For my client in Munich I am currently looking for a freelance
WordPress Developer
(m/w/d). The project is about a website relaunch in WordPress VIP.

Project Summary:

Start: asap, latest 01.09.2020
End: 30.11.2020
Work load: 3 days per week (24 hours), Home Office possible
Location: Munich
Contract type: Freelance

The project will consist of:

1. Understand AWS Cloud infrastrcuture, develop an architecture for storing Personally identifiable information in AWS cloud, get it approved and develop the solution

2. Develop WordPress VIP resuable Gutenberg block for commonly used web components
3. Understand Janrain registration API, implement Janrain implementation on WordPress VIP with colloboration with UX and UI experts
4. Develop WordPress VIP websites as per the UX and UI deliverables
5. Support existing WordPress VIP websites with bug fixes and new features
6. Document all the development and testing activities

Requirements:

• Several years professional experience in designing and developing responsive WordPress CMS websites
• Have developed at least 30 to 50 medium to large WordPress CMS websites
• Have experience in AWS Cloud
• Professional experience with WordPress plugin development, architecture, and standards (at least 10 WordPress Plugin developed)
• Advanced proficiency with PHP and MySQL, including modern PHP practices and building micro-services in cloud environment
• Competent with version control through git
• the ability to iterate and ship ideas/features quickly
• exceptional troubleshooting or debugging skills
• Ability to train and onboard internal employees
• Not alien to documentation
• Ability to keep complex ideas and features simple
• Excellent attention to little details
• Fluent in English
