• Management of a production area in terms of quality, time and quantity specifications
• Ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements
• Staff scheduling and monitoring
• Instruction, promotion, motivation and assessment of employees (including disciplinary measures)
• Budget and cost responsibility for the production area
• Compliance, initiation and use of measures for the implementation of the quality objectives
• Initiation and realization of continuous improvements
