Cargo Sales Account Manager
is a Global Freight forwarder, Cargo and 3pl organisation who are opening their organisation in Europe and are global leader in Asia. With an established and premium client following and portfolio They pride themselves on delivering high quality service and customer satisfaction. This sales position will suit someone who thrives on business development and exceeding client expectations in a fast paced environment. You will need to be able work autonomously as well as part of team focused environment. Reporting to the Managing, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining business while providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
To be considered for this role, you will have previous freight forwarding/Cargo sales exposure in Business Development, Account Management and Operations. You will have extraordinary negotiation skills combined with the drive to
‘get things done’
in a busy environment working with equally driven and motivated professionals.
Key responsibilities
- New Business Development/operations and supply chain experience
- Achieving sales KPI’s
- Building strong business relationships
- Registering and maintaining new business
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients
- Managing existing accounts
- Negotiating customer contracts
To be successful in this role you will require the following:
- Sales experience in freight forwarding is essential, 5+ years’ experience
- A passion for Customer Service
- Account Management and operations experience
- High level communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
