Head of Sales Western Region m/f/d - Miele USA
- Define and implement aligned sales strategy to sustainably grow the channel, increase revenue, market share and profitability. Ensure premium presence of the optimal product mix at the POS, both on- and off-line
- Provide leadership, direction and support to the sales team members to achieve annual sales targets whilst continuously improving performance and efficiency according to best practices
- Analyze and assess existing and new partners to maximize sales opportunities to ensure Miele’s growth ambitions
- Build even stronger and lasting relationships with Key Accounts, dealers, buying groups and large individual partners in order to sustainably grow the business.
- Ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting incl. promotional activities and activations plans, implementation of sales terms in accordance with legislation, company policy, procedures and quality standards
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor/Master preferred (Marketing, Business Administration or of a comparable study program)
- 5+ years relevant and proven work experience in sales management of retail or franchise industry with entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills, motivation, strong commitment and target orientation
- Excellent relationship building and networking skills, demonstrated ability to seek out and establish networking opportunities.
- Outstanding skills in leading, managing and developing a team of sales representatives
- Above average digital skills and insights, ability to travel nationally to visit dealers and also internationally to HQ when required
