Head of Marketing and Product Management

Our client is the European business unit of a globally known design flooring brand, whose products have been valued by private and business customers for years due to their unique design language, high-quality product technology and aesthetics. The European business model is currently being restructured to implement ambitious growth plans. This offers nationally and internationally experienced managers an exciting opportunity to create growth-capable structures in a dynamic working environment and to have a significant influence on the company's success. That is why, we are looking for a Product and Marketing Manager, an ambitious individual with strong leadership potential, ready to be promoted into the role of Teamlead.

Aufgaben

• Develop and plan

growth-oriented marketing concepts and measures

as well as

brand and product strategies

for the European markets, in alignment with the group’s guidelines

• Identify

market potential

in the relevant target markets as well as develop and implement the

optimal brand positioning

• Develop international

brand and product campaigns

(volume-led / design-led) across all relevant channels using an

Online-first approach

and implement them effectively, always keeping an eye on

budget, costs, and efficiency

• Accompany, maintain, and expand the

product portfolio -

from the product idea to market maturity and the phase-out of the product in terms of

life-cycle management

• Coordinate with external service providers and agencies to ensure efficient collaboration

Profil

• Completed

commercial degree

with a focus

on marketing / design

or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience

• Successes in

product management and marketing

within the

consumer goods or branded goods

industry for the construction / construction supply industry, interior design, or similar branches

Trendsetter,

strong

implementer

, experienced in

project management

, and with excellent

communication and presentation skills

• Confident on the international stage,

fluent in English,

both spoken and written
