Head of Program Management

What you may expect

• Define future customer master data structure and liase with IT-departments to support implementation of target structures in IT infrastructure
• Monitor customer master data quality and develop and implement measures to enhance the same in the entire organization in close cooperation with IT
• Lead international team of data stewards
• Drive data-driven projects to increase customer loyalty, as e.g. develop an early-warning system to identify customers with high likelihood to churn, continuously monitor customer satisfaction
• Develop concepts to increase customer centricity, e.g. through design-thinking methods

What distinguishes you

• Business-related Diploma or Master´s degree with focus on Marketing or Sales
• Several years of professional experience in Marketing or Sales, ideally in an international environment
• Previous experience in working with customer master data structures
• Project management experience
• Understanding for SAP ERP and HANA, C4C
• Fluency in English, further language skills advantageous
• Strong communication skills, also on top-management level
